Rachel Ingram, FNP-C is an autonomous Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Balance Wellness, a thriving medspa in Richmond, VA. With a background in Internal Medicine as a former Hospitalist, she brings a distinctive blend of clinical expertise and artistry to the field of aesthetics and holistic wellness.
Known for her evidence-based approach and deep empathy, Rachel is passionate about helping clients feel as good as they look—ensuring the outside reflects the vibrant, healthy person within. Her commitment to continuous learning has led her to train alongside some of the most elite aesthetic providers worldwide, continuously refining her skill and perspective on patient-centered, natural-looking results.
Recognized for her clinical insight and leadership, Rachel has been invited to contribute to expert panels and speak at national aesthetic conferences, sharing her experience in merging medicine, aesthetics, and wellness.
